Object of the contract

These Sales conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely, with telematic network, by Apicoltura Mori Anna, with registered office in Via Torino 27, 28064 Carpignano Sesia (NO), VAT number 80015280037 and owner of the site:

Each purchase transaction is governed by the provisions of the Legislative Decree n. 206/05 to the Legislative Decree. n. 70/03, and as regards the protection of confidentiality, is subject to the Legislative Decree. n. 196/03 and subsequent amendments.

Acceptance of the sales conditions

a. The contract stipulated between Apicoltura Mori Anna and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Apicoltura Mori Anna. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions set out below.

b. If the Customer is a consumer (the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his industrial, commercial, craft or professional activity), once the purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 64, 65, 66 of the Legislative Decree. 206/05 on the consumer code, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 196/03 and subsequent amendments.

c. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Purchase methods

a. The Customer can only purchase the products present in the catalog of the website www.apicolturamori.it/com at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.

b. Apicoltura Mori Anna will confirm by e-mail, to the e-mail address supplied by the customer, the receipt of the order and therefore the acceptance. This confirmation message will contain an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Apicoltura Mori. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. The order will be processed within 30 days as required by law.

c. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Apicoltura Mori Anna guarantees timely communication to the Customer. For any complaints please contact us by e-mail at info@apicolturamori.com

Right of withdrawal

a. Pursuant to art. 64, 65, 66 of the Legislative Decree. 206/05 "Consumer Code", if the customer is a consumer (the natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his industrial, commercial, craft or professional activity), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying the reasons, for any reason, except as indicated in the following point b.

b. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to this effect to info@apicolturamori.com, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

or by telegram or fax always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent within the following 48 hours. Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Apicoltura Mori Anna Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods that must be sent to Apicoltura Mori Anna.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

a. The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;

b. The law does not apply to sealed products once opened;

c. The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, bearing the RMA number (return authorization code); in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided;

d. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;

e. The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

f. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Apicoltura Mori Anna will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

g. Apicoltura Mori Anna is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

h. Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Apicoltura Mori Anna will deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to the value of the damaged product.

i. Except for any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Apicoltura Mori Anna will reimburse the customer the amount already paid, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by means of a transfer of the amount. charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).

l. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Apicoltura Mori Anna ascertains:
- the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

m. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Apicoltura Mori Anna will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

Complaints

a. Any complaint must be addressed to Apicoltura Mori Anna by sending an e-mail to info@apicolturamori.com. The sales contract between the customer and Apicoltura Mori Anna is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction

a. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Bologna Forum.
