Apicoltura Mori Anna guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree. 196 of 30.06.03.
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003

We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), that Apicoltura Mori, will process the personal data provided by you in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity as well as , in any case, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of the processing of personal data.
The provision of data is optional, but any refusal to provide those marked with an asterisk makes it impossible to access the services we offer.
The personal data you provide are collected and managed electronically and processed, also with the aid of electronic or automated means, directly and / or through delegated third parties (companies of proven reliability, specialized in home delivery, mailing and in the data entry) for the following purposes:
1-purposes related to the execution, management and payment of the purchase order;
2-fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation.
