Visibility of orders placed
All orders placed are visible in the dedicated section "Your orders" of the menu on the top left.
You need to click the "Login" button by entering your email and password credentials, if you are already a customer, while you need to "Create a new profile" if you are a new customer.
The required data are: the email with which the order will be placed and to which the confirmation and invoice of the order will be sent, and the password, which is essential to protect the account created.
In this way, by entering the "Your orders" section, it is possible to view all orders, the date and number attributed, the quantity ordered and the expenditure made and the status of each of them, created, in process or delivered.
For each of them then, by clicking on the order number it is possible to take note of the invoice.

Apicoltura Mori for all its shipments it relies on the GLS express courier and sends all the ordered products in a cardboard package sealed with adhesive tape.
After shipment, you will receive an email complete with all the data to monitor the various steps of your package directly from the courier's website.
For a correct shipment it is necessary to: indicate the exact address, the exact house number and the specific postcode of the area (not the generic city), indicate precisely the name or number shown on the doorbell of the house and the number of telephone at which the recipient can be contacted.

Shipping costs and times
Apicoltura Mori maintains a shipping cost that varies according to the weight of the package, and the shipping location, therefore it is essential to indicate the exact city when creating the order. If you want to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional contribution to the shipping costs of € 4.20.

The shipment is made in 3/4 working days, while the delivery usually takes place in 1 working day by GLS Express Courier.
Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and areas that are difficult to reach, extend delivery times by one day, approximately 48 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if it is absolutely impossible to fulfill them. In this case, the customer will be notified immediately.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the courier does not deliver. In these cases, delivery will be postponed to the first non-holiday day.
Deliveries and complaints
